looks like its time to control my diet n exercise more!!!!! and indeed i grown 1 kg lor. now 37 kg liao!!!! haha but i think thats good actually since its still underweight ahh!!!!

but my exercise plans still continue cos these days, i been eating non stop..which is BAD BAD BAD

this weekend is simply so exciting!!!!!!! cos sun is FATHER"S DAY! cant wait.........

and basically, its the return of handbell mates frm jap. waiting to hear their interesting stories!!!!
