ran 2.4km today.. went to the park oppo our sku, cos lower sec using our sku track.. then the park hor, not nice lo.. cos got slopes one. got one part slop going down so quite relaz when running then near the finishing line, it was upward slope la! so tiring lo.



then saw my neighbour granny brisk-walking ...so i said hello to her LOL.



ran 7 rounds... timing was 15.20 (abt there) --- grade C heehee quite slow, but nvm... cos its my norm. so.................. i m not going ot run 2.4 ever again for this whole yr!!!!! whoo..... SAYONARA!



bio SPA today was pretty okie. cos spot the right question ma... YAY



tmr is SPORTS DAY (: another relaxing day...



actually selling dirnks de to raise fund for sports dae, but nw its all over... ( i dunno why also.) so i quickly phoned the supplier lor.. sigh, dun tok abt it liao.
