i am back!!!!!! wahaha..

the camp was great!!!!! the second day was the best and climax (: had bbq, pillow fight, etc.

though i din went into the waterfall, i was still drenched, thanks to min yi and qh who hugged me with their wet clothing OMG. anw, i had a fun time bbq-ing satays LOL.

on the seocnd night, we supposed to read our notes and study to prepare for ytd exam haha. then we ended up roaming ard the dorms and eating supper, chit-chatting, etc. in the end we went to chris dorm to sleep YEAH min yi and i slept in the guys dorm haha cos tired after playing ma, and its alr like 2.30am so must well just sleep there.. lotsa funny things happened along the way.. but abit hard to me to pen it down.. heehee

YO GUYS!!!!! i am back!!!! haha after so many days....

anw today's my officially last day of lessons and classes... so now no more projects!!!! yeah no more!!!!! WHOO... HOORAY! hahaha. the ITB test was horrible though... LOL. i onli can cfm 2 question correct.
tmr gg with dad to NP laptop fair to get the fujitsu laptop, the lightest one onli 1.7kg leh... the lapp will be so light that it become, like owner like laptop wahahha...

there's sec 4 farewell ytd. after ITB test, i took a cab down to evergreen park. it took onli 10 mins la fast eh. but the fare wasnt cheap lor. had a gathering with them but sadly joyce n ly din come ): so debra, ethel, hl and i, chatted for quite awhile... catch up a little here n there... and of course we took lotsa photos (:

today went subodinate court for industry visit! its like so cool la. get ot hear the REAL heairng...wherby we need to bow when entering, etc. and enter the courts equipped with high-tech stuff, so that the lawers dun haf to ocme to the court to defend their clients. COOL RIGHT?? omg... i was like WOW... hahaha.. cos din know singapore court so high tech de. mayb next time the sku shud bring us to supreme court heehee...

so after that, went dinner n shopping with qh. ate at pizza hut, the speghetti!!!! i am addicted to it hahaha... super yummy... anw we saw miss kok after tt.. yeah at plaza sing. shocked right. hahaha. i was so damm surprised to see her there. she still so cute and pretty (: went up to say hi... then chatted for awhile lo.

BACK FROM SPORTS CAMP (:

overall not as bad as waid thought i would be... dragon boat was really WET la... din try canoe polo cos i dunno how to swim leh. heehee

today played the trust game where u had to fall frm a height. LOL and my elbow hit my GL that caused him to bit his lip and bleed. so the whole day he was making fun of me... so sorry eh. ifnd camp fire too short haha but it was relaly interesting where we leanr all the diff songs and friendship dance :P

the food was delicious!!!!!!!!! buffet style leh. yummy. managed ot make new frens (: and learnt abt many funny weird games... that some i still dun get it la. haiz.

night walk was a little freaking cos we had to go in pairs up to the 7th floor then to the rooftop where there will be many obstacles along the way. and the whole place inclu the lift is PITCH DARK. cos they off all the lights. its sort of like a confidence walk for all of us. and so i went with maledine :D and we were holding hands thru-out the wlak too scared heehee.. screamed really loud haha but very shuang, cos its like shouted all the stress frm projects!!!

ytd we slept at like 3am LOL. cos went to the guy's dorm to listen to their mini concert then went on to play several games... some guys sang really well and they managed to get hold of a guitar from the organizer COOL.

anyway had a GREAT time during camp. and i missed home lotsa..the food, bathroom, teddy bears, bed, tv, practically everything la HAHA

went red dot museum & URA singapore city gallery today haha.. was a fun and enriching trip (: saw lotsa weird and cool ideas/ products .... and the whole map of Singpapore very cool la managed to find kovan mrt LOL.

3 of our modules got projects needed to hand in 2 wks later ): all ocming at the same time haiz STRESSED!

i simply hate projects now.

ytd valentines was FUN haha. ppl gave sweets and chocos.. sku still went as usual but were dismissed earlier ard 3 plus. but i meeting hl at 6.30pm so decided to stay on to do project with qh. met hl at amk hub to celeb valentine's and also have idnner together, haha ended up she ate dinner herself cos i was practically looking at her eating her fish noodles soup. the uncontactable lingying called me! finally after like ages..... she hor very siao one lor. sms her, will onli receive her msg 2 days later. then always gotta go back the sent folder to check wad i asked her earlier haiz. call her leh, no one picked up. home become fax machine its like OMG la. irritated ):

today lesson ended very early (: cos the industry visit = touring NP library and learning how the system works and all. and i just realised how great NP was haha cos they subscribe for us straits times, clipart, etc so that we can do projects... we can even access fm home la. thats one of the things i benefit in NP LOL.

tmr meeting clique for post valentines HAHA. sun doing project ): cos its due next tues.. got presentation to rush and report. and guess wad, we onli need to present to our lecturer = 1 person. instead of the past where we presented to the whole class heehee. and the dress code is like smart.... then can leave right after presentation but hor, my grp is the seocnd last one leh so its like no difference eh.

getting use to NP life so far... thats something worth celebrating haha.

my day revolves ard lectures and projects! and indeed lotsa projects coming up. its already a BIG BIG headache for me la. cos there's some problems within my grp. but well, i still hope that all misunderstandings will be able to be cleared (:

of course, managed to made really nice frens here. got my clique of frens with me everyday =D today we just went sim lim sq to research for certain things. the bus jurney was really LONG. and then i took a bus to little india station and guess wad, the north east line mrt was stuck. cos got technical fault haiz. then the train cannot arrive. RAHH. waited for ard 30 mins or so, then the train started moving once again. but couldnt board the first few trains = too many ppl liao. SOBS. reached home rather tired le.

anyway, HAPPY VALENTINES!!!!!!!!!!

will be meeting hl, serene, cf, etc this wk (: in fact we meet everywk hahaha. to catch up and stuff like that. awww... i seriously miss all my sec sku frens... haiz

life still goes on after all.

FINALLY I GOT TIME TO UPDATE (:

started studying in ngee ann poly for 7 days liao. the ppl there are nice and friendly, lectures some interesting, some boring.. we onli got one day of orientation ):

i made really nice and out-going friends. so sort of got a clique now =D projects and assignments coming up. just ocmpleted two projects haiz.

took up yoga as my sports and wellness module. then quite strict lor, cos they say cannot fail the module twice or else will be expelled from NP.

last industry visit, we went to vivocity haha. to do retail marketing. but after that i went shopping LOL. met up with cf the elf, serene the sweet gal and hl the blur sotong.we went bugis haf dinner and shopping again. cf and serene managed to get their sku bag for the yr!!!! congrats haha.

just now right after lesson, went to meet up with hl and jess... our next meeting: valentines' day DEAL!!!!

lotsa stuff taken place, be it happy or sad. i think i still feel comfortable in NP so far :P cny coming lo. whoo long holiday!!!!!!

PS. i think the thing i miss most when i go sku is my bed. i cant sleep till 12pm lor. everydya gotta get up ard 6.45am. luckily dad fetch me to sku.

OH YA! before i forget, i think the most amazing thing happened in NP was that i found a fren that live in the same block as me!!!!! its like so coincidental la. cos my house can be quite alien to ppl especially in NP where most ppl live in the west. so we took bus home together haha. but sometimes we end sku diff times, so yeah gotta go home ourselves. still i am glad i found such person (:

yeah yeah. o lvl results => (: sort of up to my expectation..

the only disappointment is i got b3 for add maths.. worked really hard for it haiz. but oh wells. looking at the brighter side, i got a1 for geog!!!!!!!!!!! whee... which is VERY SURPRISING! becos, since sec 3, there's always a subject in red ink! yes bingo! its geography --- used to be my enemy haha. i FAIL for every single exam, test, quiz wadever. and i never expected a distinction for geog seriously. can get a b3 i will be jumping for joy la. even my friends who always fail with me were shocked. parents especially they were like, "you got a1 for geog. dun pretend lor. how can it be!" until i show them the result slip... then they go " WOW" hahaha...

another surprise is higher chinese. never never get an distinction for it since sec 3 la. cos teacher super strict and stingy in marks ): now managed to get a2.. HAPPY.. whee.. thanks to all the chinese shows i watched & radio 933 LOL. could be a good way of improving chinese leh.

so ytd, straight after getting results... hl, ly, diane, ethel, debbie and i went cineleisure!!! deb and ethel went to play audition i think. then the rest of us went K-BOX.. wahaha. we sang for the entire solid 4 hrs la. whooo... we are simply just so HIGH!!!! next time must pull serene, sotong fang they all.

today went orchard AGAIN for the third time this month. followed hl to dental. then met up with ly at plaza sing. walked form ps all the way to far east la. my legs hurt.....

monday... i hope it never arrives...the day i starting sku at NP ): new environment, new friends..

today's my ah ma 5th death annivesary ):

5 yrs ago.. when i was p6, she was being knocked down by a car when bringing me to sku..i appeared to be very strong in sch when i knew abt the accident. i was still giggling with frens, etc..until when i called my mom during recess, and she told me they decided to let her go. i was very depressed at that time. but i still have to continue my classes.. i was behaving jus as per normal, no one knows wad happened.. i walked home that day. alone. first time in my life, without anyone's accompany.

upon reaching home, godma came to my house, with dad, mom , grandpa... i went to bathe immediately, and cried thru-out... that shud be the longest shower i ever took. dad then phoned up all my relatives to inform them. and the next 3 days were just funeral and stuff. i was devastated. but i couldnt do anything. i know among all the grandchildren, ah ma dote on me the most. she was the one that brought me up. the one that take care of all my needs. the one that i loved most, much more than my parents.

once, she asked me if she die, will i cry? and i replied "no". but deep in my heart that wasnt the real answer. mayb thats wad ppl always say, we will onli start to cherish our loved ones when they left us.. totally...

from that very day, there's been a barrier between grandpa and i. cos i know that my relatives and grandpa still blames me for wad happened.. hopefully one day i will be able to melt the wall between grandpa and i (: thats the only thing i can do..showing more concern and visiting him more often.

some happy things too:

went shopping with mom to cheer each other up. bought cny stuff.. shud be 3/4 done le ba.dad got lotsa tees this yr haha all choosen by me!!! bright colours to make him look younger =D

for me, i bought 1 white heels, 1 black flats, 1 everlast tank top, 3 skirts from OP, undergarments DUH, 2 sets of pajamas, 2 tees, 1 brown jeans.

glad that i've got mom's company today!

haven been blogging the few days ago. mostly my schedule filled up with outings with frens, gg shopping with mom, buying cny stuff, blah blah.

so here it goes:

Monday: I went to Cineleisure, Far East, Central and Hougang Mall with cf and serene. Caught Linger with them and ate nachos and popcorn (well, mostly pops). ): now ive got toothache from chewing on these items. Not a bad choice. As serene quoted from the banner, it teaches you to cherish your loved ones. LOL. . Oh! Saw Atonement's banner!!! & it won the Golden Globe award for the best film and the best tragic romance story!!! (x Damn cool! then lingered for awhile at Cineleisure before heading to Far East. Far East seems quieter now xD i bought a tee though (: Then headed down to Central, well actually it was because we wanted to use up the $$ in our ez-link cards cause it expires the very next day. Dx Sad hur. To me, there's nothing much in Central leh. all very ex the sutff. Saw the brick red Clark Quay river as well and I wanted to go to those eateries on the other bank, but some other time perhaps. Ive heard about yummy food recommendations abt some of these eateries xD Then went to Hougang Mall. SUCH A PITY that cf couldnt buy my Spongebob bottle ); because there wasnt a discount. Ohwells, some other time perhaps. Ate chix nuggets(which i havent eaten for so long!) and koped quite a lot of Serene's fries, then we walked around before realising that it's 7+ pm already and i'd better be heading back home.

Tuesday: supposedly go shopping with mom to buy cny clothes and stuffs.. haiz, but my "best fren" came to look for me ): so i had to stay at home...

friday: helped hl collect her cca cert form sku. then the aunty very funny haha. "you helping your sister collect ah?" "HUH?" "who elder sis, you or her?" " no la, we are not sisters -.-"

met up with hl at hougang mall. bought rt's gift which was dued for a month LOL. we chose very long for the gift la.combed the whole area ard hougang. treated hl bubble tea (: ya ya i still owe her an apple pie frm macs.

saturday: took 151 to NP open house (: yay!!! next time i can take 151 to sku le cos it takes abt 45 mins to sku... quite fast right.. heehee. the goodie bags really nice. donuts also yummy .. haha we took 2 donuts (: hl was like saying how ocme their donuts no hole de? LOL. and its very addictive!!!!

one more wk, and i will be back at NP again...

haiz. quite excited abt it. 8.30am so early la cos now i everyday wake up at 12 hahaa..anw the overseas camp is in malaysia so eh dunno leh mixed feelings. YAY! can make ez-link card le, at least onli pay adult fare for like 2 wks phew... or else waste alot of $$$

went for cca fair today. met hl at 11.30 and miss late very best de lor, got out of house at 11.30am -.- chatted with cf and clara then joyce and christabel...watched handbells performance, short chat with mrs wong... din manage to see miss wong SOBS.

later gg out to buy microwave oven HAHA cos the spoiler in the house which is me LOL caused the microwave oven to crash.. heehee the engine thingy sort of burnt or stg, dunno la, anyway got the burning smell leh. heehee jus nice preparing for CNY =D

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

had the best countdown party ever (: met with clique for east coast park. and i was the second early bird!!!!! ly the best late for 1/2 hr!!!! hl can fight with ly liao haaha.

rented a double bike with hl for 2 hrs and we cycled to both ends till abt 8 plus. then we ate macs for dinner.. and seriously the dinner was horrible, not the food, but thanks to ly -.- cos she ate the filet o fish, but leaving the top and the bottom untouched. then she packed it nicely and very neatly, then hl went to put the chilli sauce onto the box and smeared it.... aiyo dunno how to explain la, anw in the end, we were throwing the burger ard LOL. yes literally throwing in the air hahaha.. luckily jess, ethel and i zoomed to the washroom to dodge the burger war!!!! leaving the poor hl with ly heehee.. [and of course we sort of caught the attention of the ppl ard us...]

we then cabbed to downtown east to join in the countdown party (: the security checks there were really strict, cant even bring in the bottled drinks... then hl waterbottle was made to leave beside the security post... we went back every hour to check whether the bottle still there haha, anw the performance really boring and ear-deafening!!! our ear drums nearly died. so we left RIGHT after the countdown at 12.01am haha. we sort of lost each other when gg out of the d'maraquee, jess and ly went the other way though. so i went with hl to get her bottle, and the security thought we are gg back to the concert place, so they were insisting on a check on us -.- the funny part is they asked hl to STEP BACK ... haha.. sound like we are some ppl with weapons ard us.haiz.

cabbed back to east coast after that to see our first sunrise of 2008 =D placed down 2 picnic mats and rested on the beach the entire night. played dai-tee, old maid, build sandcastles, take random shots, chit-chat, roamed ard... we din even sleep at all la. super tired on our way back yawnnn... jess was so honoured to be the watch-man the entire night LOL. and thanks to her my hp batt left with a bar when i reached home, cos we were listening to music and sending songs e entire day (:

many couples, families were by the beach... someone even started fishing as early as 3am -.-" ate hotcakes for breakfast haha true supporter of macs. slept fm 12am- 6pm just nw ... bet i cant slp tonight lo. YAY! my room lamp is fixed finally after 2 whole months...

这几天, 感触很多...

总觉得曾经属于我的已经不再是我的了 ):

也许是独生女的关系,所以非常渴望有哥哥姐姐的疼爱,把他们对我的爱护当作理所当然, 现在的我想要回到当时,却已经是不可能了....他们各个都已拥有自己的家庭..世界里不可能只围绕着我了..或许这就是成长的过程吧..常常告诉自己要学会看开点,可始终还是办不到。这应该就是人们心理上的矛盾吧。

但听到外甥女喊了我一声“阿姨”，还真的有幸福的感觉 (:

we walked into this really nice and grand hotel cum duty free shop ... theres this really nice staircase (: met huizhen and fren after that.. ate long john silver YUMMY!!!! actually thought wont be full cos the share looks rather small.. but i was full surprisingly haha. [now abit hungry though]

went celebrating sis's birthday with her (: both of us were early for the first time HAHA. met at city hall, then wlak the link to suntec. we ate at this jap restaurant!!! but ordered too much, so in the end hee hee cant finish the grilled chicken. oops. but the food were yummy! furthermore, we were sitting in front of the sushi chef haha, so could see exactly how he made all those sushi (: the way he skin the salmon, grilling, how he deco the whole dish with a small little fish... WOW, its indeed very enriching for me eh!


then went shopping lo...was toking to sis abt serene working in bk fest which is like upstairs HAHA, then immediately serene appeared in front of me la! so qiao....i thought i dreaming lor. she's at counter 18 LOL, she said until so loud, everyone can hear -.- but i probably visiting her next wkend.


went on to marina square after that. saw a LONG LONG queue and realised they were queuing for the luo zhi xiang autograph thingy i think.. cos he coming at 6.30pm if not wrong. when we were at the 2nd floor, we hear lotsa screams and we knew cfm is luo zhi xiang come liao hahaha. we also went to peep a little la heehee.


finally managed to find dad birthday gift!!! very cute de (: sis bought lotsa things for me too... a sweater, necklace from chomel, and she gave me a xmas gift too! but cant open till 26th ):


actually wanted to catch movie, but realised all not very nice leh and i dun feel like watching haha. shopping is good, exercising legs (: whee... ate HK wanton mee at the hk cafe [heartland mall got one too, but din eat b4]... quite nice la, not too bad... the one at marina was really crowded that we had to wait for a long time for our bill -.-


on our way home, pass by junction 8 which was having midnight shopping ytd! so many many ppl that we had to squeeze in.... but all the vcds were really cheap. korean shows onli 8 dollars! its like WOW...


had a long day.. really tired.. mom chatted with sis for a LONG time... tsk tsk. even opened wine for her to drink la. and we were eating the choco that dad brought from england. some contian wine and champange so mom and sis ate all of those!!!!!!!! so unfair la ):

today:

this morning woke up already had a row with dad. cos ytd i slept ard 2 plus, so thinking mayb the next morning i shall sleep till 1pm... 'thanks' to dad. i woke up at 12 super sleepy la! early in the morning ard 10 dad already on the radio until so loud [and most imptly my room door is opened] then ard 11 plus, dad came in and on tv.... i was so angry. dad was asking me to wake up, but i was really tired and the radio outside was still on la. cannot stand it anymore, woke up, brush my teeth...

CANT THEY LET ME SLEEP A LITTLE LONGER!? rahhhhh...

woke up rather early this morning.. went out with mom. thank god, mom is fine =D we were all so worried, so went with her to see the women's specialist! cos parents were worried that mom pregnant.. so they asked me ytd night, wad happens if i got a sibling now?

my reply was NO WAY! heehee yes its always my wish to have a sibling to accompany me, but i wanted an older one, not younger than me de :P and most importantly, parents also dun wan la, cos old liao, still haf baby its like er er ...

anw the good news is, mom's fine! she was so happy when she saw the negative sign haha... then did a check up and all, everythings alright YAY! all the nurses reaction were like " wow, so big liao, 16 yrs liao...." even the doc also got this reaction...[he was the one that carried me out of my mom's womb!] haha, he still very shuai leh... despite the 16 yrs LOL

went shopping after that.. bought lotsa clothes, bags...HAHA. tok very long with the salesgirls they very nice (: they from NP too haha then was telling me how good NP is..

anw, i got a scare from the doc LOL. long story haha... went cold storage too, bought lotsa xmas stuff and best , we bought black pepper chicken YUMMY. [thats our dinner though]

though onli these 2 yrs that we got closer, still we seem to share lotsa common stuffs haha.. most of the time, you know wad is gg thru my mind when i dun haf to speak a word. its jus always so nice to have u along with me, when i am down, happy, angry -.- its always my dream to haf an elder sibling, so that i can share my joy and worries with.. and i am glad that i haf you with me (: thanks for your encouragement during my exam period as well as the little things that u done for me... be it sharing your experiences and your advice.. its just so wonderful to haf a sis like you =D

u must do well for your exams too okie? promise!!!! may you stay cheerful always, and be my wonderful sister :P

out with huiling aka miss late . indeed she was late AGAIN.... LOL

sat 53 to airport terminal 1... first time gg there on bus.. and so weird la, got security checks for every terminal ...abt 45 mins journey la.

was waiting for hl at the arrival hall, then saw lotsa ppl coming back, tourists coming in, tour guides shouting for their grps, ppl hugging each other, etc. suddenly i feel like gg overseas haha [3 more wks though]

in the end, hl alighted at terminal 2 -.- so she sat the sky train over... nothing much, jus touring ard, shopping, eating lunch, sitting sky train here and there... then we set off for bugis (:rather bored ard bugis le... i think i will not go there for like wks haha.. went there specially jus to get the tablet ear studs!!!! and this star earrings.. hl bought a black bangle for herself too =D
knowing that it gonna rain soon, so we quickly wlaked towards the traffic light, so that can cross over to bugis junction without opening umbrella ma, who knows it started raining ): so no choice lor, open umbrella haiz.. then best ah... walk halfway green light for the cars le!!! so we stopped in the middle lor, two of us with that small umbrella, and worst -- we wearing jeans, all wet la!!!! after that then we thought of folding our jeans up HAHAHA but it seems too late eh..

on our way, we saw seoul garden student meal quite nice though, we can have our dinner there eh (:

cf FINALLY got her call from cafe cartel =D at least they called you haha. she told me lotsa stuff... but still i think its better than wasting time [jus like wad i doing everyday] jus realised i got lotsa things to buy this wk!!! xmas gifts for frens... sis and parents' birthdays coming up too.... OH NO. SUPER BROKE!!!! sobs.... AH. i know, mayb i can buy xmas when i am overseas during jan. its abit late, but its better than nothing haha..

on NEL, its super crowded that we had to stand throughout the journey haiz frm outram to kovan ): and guess wad, we saw this family, parents with a 4-5 yr old daughter... the daughter is like a little princess being pampered by her parents... her dad actualy brought the laptop along, and showing hi-5 for his daughter to watch la! then the princess wanna sleep, so they took out the pillow for her to lie down and sleep zzzzz.. the dad then took out a book, and start fanning her...haiz.. hl n i were like saying she really living like a xiao gong zhu lor. little princess ah. so young already being pampered by parents tsk tsk.
